SOULILOQUY™ is an experiential program encompassing weekly sessions over 7 weeks, a 2 week integration break (which includes a personal 1-on-1 performance coaching session in that time), and a final demonstration showcase.
The Masterclass covers elements such as:
* Learn how to be fully in the moment * Access your authentic 'presence' * Connect with your intuition * Break through 'blocks' to performance * Trust and develop your instincts * Work with Archetypes for personal performance development * Move through your resistance to infinite possibilities * Mindfulness: the actor's essential guide
Participant numbers are limited to a maximum of 12 to ensure that the integrity of the process and the group is maintained.
Staying 'in the moment' and actually letting myself really feel an emotion proved to be very challenging…Through what I can only describe as an extraordinary process of 'transformation' I have been able to face the fear and kick its butt, albeit fairly gently at this stage.
