Cre8tivity Coaching sessions with Simone de Haas are designed to motivate, to inspire and encourage creativity and then apply it to daily, practical, real life situations.
I use the creative and expressive arts as tools to help you think differently, to open your mind to more possibilities, and to gain the courage to take the action you need to take, in order to reach your career, life and personal development goals.
As your CRE8TIVE CATALYST Coach I will work with you to examine:
- What are your dreams, talents, gifts, visions and wants?
(if you don't know, I help you find out what they are, and to believe in yourself)
- What are your goals? What do you want?
(if you don't know, I help you create goals and the steps to reach them)
- What are the barriers in the way of reaching your goals?
- How will you remove these barriers, or fears, or work with them?
- What is the action you are going to take to live your dreams and create the life you want?
