I think of creative energy as a spiral - a continually replenishing flow. 
When we are in that flow anything and everything can happen. 
There is no procrastination; fear and doubt do not exist. There is just abundant energy.  

When we allow ourselves be captured by our fears and doubts about our creative projects or businesses; 
when  we scatter our energy to the past, worrying about what was; 
when we get caught up in the business of "making" a living, rather than living;  
when we project ourselves into a future-worrying state, and scatter our energy on the should and could and ought to...

When this happens, we leave the spiral - we step out of the energy; we leave the flow of our life. 

All we need to do to get back into the flow of our own personal spiral of energy is to Stop, ask ourselves, 'where am I right now?" and "what would it take to step back into my creative energy spiral right now?"

Stop, look and ask.
